Services NOT Provided

Bodhi Oak does not provide, and does not act as, any of the following unless separately stated in writing:

• Legal counsel or attorney services
• Tax advice or preparation
• Investment advisory services
• Fiduciary services or trustee roles
• Nursing, medical, or healthcare services
• Licensed real estate brokerage (leasing, tenant placement, rent collection)
• Financial account management or direct payment processing

Coordination with Licensed Professionals

Bodhi Oak may coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, estate advisors, and other licensed professionals on behalf of clients for property-related administrative and operational matters. Such coordination is administrative support only and does not constitute provision of the professional services those advisors are licensed to provide.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for all final decisions, approvals, and oversight of their properties. Bodhi Oak provides operational support and recommendations, but does not replace the client's decision-making authority or legal obligations.
